One day, my children will look at me in the eye and ask: “Daddy, what is a hero?” At that moment, I shall stand up, look at the horizon, play this video and say:
“A hero, a real hero can be many things. For some, it may be a savior. For others, it is a conqueror. But a true hero is far more. Being a hero is to never give up in front of life’s hardest challenges, as everending they may seem, no matter how great the odds seem to be stacked. A hero may not always be successful. But it is the will, the strength, the idea, the perseverance that makes a hero. Heroes may die, but their spirit live on.”
